Fresh in Every Sense

We believe good food is fresh food. That’s why our food is prepared fresh on-site every day by one of our Qualified Chefs. 

Fresh is just the start though – our menus are constantly evolving, with our culinary team and dietary experts meticulously designing seasonal menus optimised for nutrient content. 

But the truth is that one size never fits all, so our real difference is that our chefs tailor for individual residents’ tastes and cultural differences. 

With over 1000 recipes on our menu and custom software that manages personal preferences and clinical needs, there will always be something for everyone. 

Add it all up and our obsession with freshness means you’re left with happier,  healthier residents. 


All Inclusive

It would be nice to think you can plan everything a year in advance - and while it may be possible for birthdays, some occasions just call for something special, something a little different. 

While other caterers will stack on purchasing, admin and variation fees to make this happen, we offer the Contemporary Catering “Never Marked Up” promise on special catering requests like alcohol and birthday functions. 

In fact, we have the most inclusions in our per person per day rate of any caterer in the industry, meaning you won’t be forking out every time there’s an excuse for a barbecue.

At Contemporary Catering we don’t believe that is good enough, particularly in the aged care sector where our elderly deserve so much more. 

So we’re out to put it right. It’s all about attention to detail that’s led by our Customer Service Managers never managing more than six sites, against an industry average in the double digits. That’s how we’re able to boast that in 20 years we’ve never missed a meal delivery despite fires, floods and the odd supplier letting us down.
