Paolo has an excellent record in devising and implementing client services, together with a real passion regarding senior living and a goal to provide superior service.

Cheryl provides business and financial analysis to assist with strategic development of the company. Ongoing evaluation of systems and recommending measures to increase capacity for company growth are also a focus. Cheryl brings over 30 years experience in business analysis and accounting within the retail food industry to the role.

Vicki leads the company’s operational teams in both Victoria and Queensland, focusing on delivery of an exemplary frontline service, hospitality values and customer liaison. Vicki holds a Diploma of Management and has extensive experience in both Hospitality Management and the Aged Care Sector.
With a Diploma of Business Administration and over 30 years experience in administration and quality management, Lisa is responsible for the supervision of head office administration including the provision of support to operational and site staff and compliance with food safety legislation.
Dominic, a Fellow with the Institute of Public Accountants, is responsible for financial control, overseeing management of accounts and compliance to relevant financial legislation.
